Berlin, SANA- The Portuguese national football team has qualified for the UEFA Nations League final after defeating the German national team two goals to one in their semi-final match on Wednesday at the Munich Arena.
The host German team opened the scoring first through Wirtz in the 48th minute. However, the Portuguese team responded with two goals: the first scored by Francisco Conceição in the 63rd minute, and the second by Cristiano Ronaldo in the 68th minute.
The Portuguese team, winners of the inaugural edition of the continental competition in 2019, has reached the final for the second time in their history.
Cristiano Ronaldo, who has scored 7 goals in the current edition of the competition, has become the first European player to score two international goals at the age of 40.
